Vilegiatura is a universe we have created for those who seek comfort, elegance and peace of mind.

We are please to present you Florica Socolescu Villa, the first in a series of historic villas reunited under the Vilegiatura concept. Located in Cumpătu neighbourhood, away from the crowded area, Florica Socolescu Villa will make you feel at home, offering you moments of relaxation and a journey through the story of the place.

“Nice old building and beautiful garden / exterior, in reality house is smaller than expected inside, tasteful interiors, bathrooms and equipment, a lot of stairs to climb, stairs are old & pretty loud and need to be refurbished. overall we enjoyed our stay and had a good time in the house”

If you arrive by car, from the city belt of Sinaia DN 1 road, take the marked exit for Cumpatu Street and then follow the road for approximately 750m. The villa will be on the right side on the road, right next to the Mandaloun Chateau Restaurant.

If you arrive by train, the villa is at a 20 min walking distance, for aprox 1.6km. You can also opt for Uber or Bolt transport services, as public transportation options do not offer a good connection.

House Rules

The house should be left in the same condition as you found it, except for normal use and cleanliness.
Read the instructions for the fireplace and sauna carefully.
The Guest agrees not to organize parties or engage in other acts that could cause damage to the property or cause disturbance to the neighbors.
